On Nov., 3 1999, Jessica Baudin, age 17, got her wish. She had played the role of Carmen in a camp production of FAME and it had been a life changing experience, She got to meet Natasha Neary (the North American Tour Carmen) in Edmonton, Canada. The teary-eyed introduction was covered by 3 television stations, 2 radio stations and the local newspaper.
