Jennifer Boescher (a 14 year old with Cystic Fibrosis) had a dream to be a dancer in a Broadway production. She has danced for ten years and was excited to be a part of FAME, since we were playing in Cincinnati, where her friends and family could see her perform.
The cast loved the idea and welcomed her with open arms. She was a delight and was integrated into the production in several scenes, including the opening and graduation, finale and curtain calls.
Additionally the cast on their own rented a limousine after the performance to pick her and her family up and took her to dinner. Every one was touched and moved by the experience.
